A Step-by-Step Membership Activation Guide for the New Season

Hello, fellow residents! As we kick off another exciting year, it's time to renew your membership. This renewal season marks a fresh start with our upgraded website, where we're shifting to individual user accounts and engagement features for a more personalized experience.

Whether you're one of the many who already created an account during our holiday party registration or you're logging in for the first time, we've got you covered. Let's walk through the process step by step.

Step 1: Check If You Have an Account

• If you registered for the holiday party (or any recent event): Great news! You likely already have an account. Click the "Log in" button on the website header bar, and sign in with the email and password you used. If you've forgotten your password, click "I forgot my password" and follow the prompts to reset it via email.
• If you don't have an account yet: No worries—creating one is quick and easy. Follow the steps for "How do I get started?" at the top of our FAQ page.

Step 2: Log In and Navigate to Renewal

Once logged in, if you see an alert titled "Activate Your Membership," click the "Activate Membership" button to become a member or renew your membership. You can also check your membership status at any time in the "Membership" tab of your User Profile, accessible via the Account menu. There, you'll see your current membership status, including expiration date and renewal options. If your membership is expiring soon, a prominent "Renew Now" button should appear.

Step 3: Select Your Membership Tier

We've introduced exciting new membership tiers this year (more on that in our separate post!), so choose the one that fits your lifestyle, then click "Save and checkout."

Step 4: Checkout

Confirm your payment details, select your auto-renewal option and then choose your payment method.
