How do I get started?

Create your account.On the login page, click Create Account and complete the new account form, which includes setting your own password (a change from our previous website). Or, click here: Create Account |

Verify your email address.Check your email for an email verification request. Click the "Verify my email" button within 2 hours. Re-enter the password you set in step 1 and click the "Create Account" button. |

Update your homeowner information.Select the Account - Household menu. From there, you can update your homeowner information. After clicking "Next," you'll have the option to add information for each of your children. Update Household Info |

Do both homeowners need accounts?
No. One account owner can enter the Second Homeowner's contact information on their Household Information page. If you provide their email address, they will receive email notifications even if they don't have their own account.
There is an option to have the Second Homeowner co-manage the account with you. They will need to create their own account using the email address you provided for them.
I forgot my login credentials—what should I do?
You can easily and securely reset your password from the Login page. Click "I forgot my password" under the Login button. Or, click here:
Payments
Are my online payments secure?
Yes! Our secure online payment system is powered by Stripe, a trusted integration that ensures your personal and financial information is protected with industry-leading encryption and compliance standards.
How do I pay dues?
When your membership has expired, you will see a prominent "Activate Your Membership" message at the top of each page. Simply click the "Activate Membership" button to renew.
Can I pay my dues by check?
Yes. When on the Checkout page, click the "Pay By Check" button.
How do I check my payment history for dues?
Once logged in, you may view your membership history via the Membership tab on your Profile page (click your name in the header bar). Or, click here:
Events
How can I see what's happening?
Our "Event Lineup" is available from the "Get Involved" menu. From there, you can click the "Upcoming Events" button to get details on...upcoming events! This is also available in the sidebar in the "Upcoming Events" section.
How do I RSVP for an event?
Head over to the Activity Center (the "Get Involved" menu). For ticketed events, see the "Event Tickets" section. For no-cost events, see the "Surveys & RSVPs" section. In both cases, choose the number of people attending, check out, and place your order.
