How do I get started?

Create your account.

On the login page, click Create Account and complete the new account form, which includes setting your own password (a change from our previous website). Or, click here:

Verify your email address.

Check your email for an email verification request. Click the "Verify my email" button within 2 hours. Re-enter the password you set in step 1 and click the "Create Account" button.

Update your homeowner information.

Select the Account - Household menu. From there, you can update your homeowner information. After clicking "Next," you'll have the option to add information for each of your children.

Pay your annual membership dues.

In the new year, you will receive an email reminding you to renew your membership.


Do both homeowners need accounts?

No. One account owner can enter the Second Homeowner's contact information on their Household Information page. If you provide their email address, they will receive email notifications even if they don't have their own account. 

There is an option to have the Second Homeowner co-manage the account with you. They will need to create their own account using the same email address you entered for them.


I forgot my login credentials—what should I do?

You can easily and securely reset your password from the Login page. Click "I forgot my password" under the Login button. Or, click here:

Payments

Are my online payments secure?

Yes! Any time credit card, debit card, or bank account details are provided on our site, this information is sent directly to Stripe using an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Read more...


Can I pay my dues by check?

While payments made through our integrated payment portal are instant, safe, and the most reliable option, you may also mail a check to Tiburon HOA, PO Box 513, Gretna, NE 68028. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.


How do I check my payment history for dues?

Once logged in, you may view all your online payments via the Account - Previous Orders option. Or, click here:

Events

How can I see what's happening?

Persons with approved active accounts (not just HOA members) will be able to see the calendar in two places:

  1. The "Upcoming Events" section in the right sidebar of every page
  2. The "Community - Calendars" menu

From either place, click an event title to see event details.

How do I RSVP for an event?

After selecting an event on the calendar, click the RSVP button. Choose the number of people attending, check out, and place your order.
