Tiburon Homeowers Association

Tiburon HOA serves the greater Tiburon community, a group of vibrant, family-friendly, well-established Sarpy County neighborhoods near Gretna in the metropolitan Omaha area, bordered by Nebraska Highway 370 and Cornhusker Road, 168th and 180th streets.

Through the support of our membership dues and contributions, Tiburon Homeowners Association stages and sponsors several neighborhood events and activities each year, including the Easter Eggstravaganza, Fourth of July fireworks, Fall Festival, and Christmas Party. The HOA also works with the SIDs to support covenants awareness and advocacy.*

Our members enjoy exclusive access to announcements regarding and participation in our events, as well as special bulletins and content regarding community interest items. We hold at least one meeting annually to address issues in the neighborhood, review HOA expenditures, and discuss upcoming events. This annual meeting features a guest speaker of community interest.

The Tiburon Homeowners Association is not directly affiliated with Tiburon Golf Club or the Tiburon pool. Tiburon's three sanitary improvement districts (SIDs) provide funding through tax dollars for street improvements and other necessities.
