Tiburon Community Association
TCA serves the greater Tiburon community, a group of vibrant, family-friendly, well-established Sarpy County neighborhoods near Gretna in the metropolitan Omaha area, bordered by Nebraska Highway 370, Cornhusker Road, and 168th and 180th streets.
With support from our membership dues and contributions, TCA stages and sponsors several neighborhood events and activities each year, including the Easter Eggstravaganza, Fourth of July fireworks, Fall Festival, and Christmas Party. The Association also works with the Sanitary Improvement Districts (SIDs) to support covenants awareness and advocacy.*
Our members enjoy exclusive access to announcements, participation in our events, and special bulletins and content on community-interest topics. We hold at least one meeting each year to address neighborhood issues, review association expenditures, and discuss upcoming events. This annual meeting features a guest speaker of community interest.
The Tiburon Community Association is not directly affiliated with the Tiburon Golf Club or the Tiburon pool. Tiburon's three SIDs fund street improvements and other necessities through tax dollars.
*Covenants advocacy does not apply to SID 278 homes; contact that SID directly for covenants issues.
